**Production Control & Logistics Coordinator (Aerospace)** **Pay Range:** $24–$30 per hour **Schedule:** Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Location:** Tacoma, WA **Position Overview** We are seeking a **Production Control & Logistics Coordinator** to ensure seamless operations across our aerospace manufacturing floor. This role is central to keeping projects on track by managing material flow, monitoring schedules, and driving timely delivery of components. Success in this position requires strong organizational ability, technical know-how, and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Oversee and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines. + Track materials through machining and assembly, expediting as needed. + Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages or delays. + Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to confirm accuracy and compliance. + Uphold ISO standards and company quality requirements. + Maintain accurate records in ERP/shop management systems (E2 experience preferred). + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce lead times and boost efficiency. **Required Qualifications** + At least 2 years in production control, expediting, or a similar role. + Aerospace industry background is mandatory. + Working knowledge of ISO compliance practices. + Ability to read and understand technical drawings. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. + Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Skills** + Hands-on experience with E2 software. **Benefits & Growth** + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. + 401(k) plan with company participation. + PTO: 2 weeks in year one, increasing to 4 weeks after year one. + Annual raises and clear opportunities for career advancement **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
