As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving excellence in team performance, process efficiency, and material management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize logistics, warehouse, rental, and transportation operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functional areas. + Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve company and departmental performance metrics, meeting targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness. + Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, supporting internal and external audits and surveillance. + Manage material management systems, maintaining a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy and meeting MMAS criteria. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing data and implementing changes to enhance team performance and process efficiency. + Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff expertise and compliance with ISO procedures. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 6S standards and ensuring high-quality audit and surveillance outcomes. **If you're a motivated and experienced leader looking to drive excellence in logistics and material management, we want to hear from you!** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + **Leadership Experience:** Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. + **Logistics Expertise:** Successful experience in distribution and logistics management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices. + **Vendor Management:** Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal service delivery. + **Technical Skills:** Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. + **Analytical and Organizational Abilities:** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. + **Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + **Autonomy and Adaptability:** Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** **Education and Experience Requirements:** + **Minimum:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics leadership roles. + **Preferred:** Master's degree. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $90373 - $153634 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
