Job Requirements
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with Office 365, including Outlook and Teams
Prior experience corresponding with customers via email and handling inbound/outbound customer calls
Experience working with ERP systems (such as JDE) for logging and tracking units
Ability to process and track daily incoming goods and returns in database and ERP systems
Ability to maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for received products
Preferred Skills
Experience in a repair center, service, or logistics environment
Familiarity with return authorization workflows and RAI (Return Authorization Information) activity
Experience generating and distributing daily operational or logistics reports
Experience handling shipment documentation, including AWBs and related tracking details
Job Responsibilities
Process daily incoming goods and returns into the repair center database and ERP systems
Identify, log, and track items that cannot be inducted due to discrepancies in paperwork, part numbers, serial numbers, repair orders, missing JDE entries, or similar issues
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers regarding product returns, repairs, and receiving issues
Maintain delivery records and other documentation for received products
Manage RAI activity, including communication and logging of AWBs and dates
Provide daily report-out of key metrics, including grief units in house, units added, units cleared, and top customers
Partner with customer service order administration to minimize units in grief and expedite clearance
Control, track, and identify units in grief throughout the process
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the logistics manager
Maintain daily organization, cleaning, and general housekeeping of the assigned work area
File or scan all related paperwork to process or close out repairs and maintain/process paperwork and files per established procedures
Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with departmental procedures and applicable regulations
Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
