Duties and Responsibilities: Assess spare parts and operating supplies requirements. Liaise with OPCO for required materials. Catalog and prepare spares database for SAP upload. Inspect received materials for improved descriptions and updated part numbers. Review RSPL for procedural correctness. Retrieve missing/incomplete data to meet company standards. Improve buying texts during procurement or inspection. Check SAP records for duplication. Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with technical descriptions. Follow all safety, health, environmental, and security procedures. Knowledge and Skills Required: Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Strong SAP knowledge (MM modules). Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience: Minimum 8 years in materials management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
