Manage execution and planning of raw materials and components in the 0 - 36 months horizon monthly cycle incl. budget in collaboration with critical material management lead.

Main Responsibilities:
Material Planning & Ordering:
Reviews SAP recommendations for Purchase Requisitions, converts them into Purchase Orders, considering factors such as current inventory levels, safety stock policies, material coverage, expiry targets, and supplier agreements.
Sends Purchase Orders/Schedule lines to suppliers and updates supplier confirmation for each Purchase Order (order acknowledge) in the system so reception dates are available for the site logistic operations in the system.
Material availability
Closely monitors and assesses the availability of materials. Analyze supply/demand exceptions and adjust purchasing plans accordingly in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Site Planners and/or Schedulers to align material availability within proper planning horizons, preventing shortages or excess inventory.
Supplier Coordination & Risk Mgmt.
Connects with suppliers to monitor the status of the supply plan and to detect exceptions to it as soon as possible to be able to address them.
Communicates rolling forecast to suppliers (and Industrial Planner once a year for global consolidation) up to 36 months, confirming suppliers' capacity
Escalate in a timely manner with internal stakeholders in a timely manner while contributing to risk mitigation solutions.
Escalate to global Industrial Planner if any risk of material shortage cannot be addressed at the site level.
Ensures purchased materials are delivered in time for testing release and use.
Ensures suppliers are performing according to On-time & In-full (OTIF) commitments
Data Mgmt. & Continuous improvement
Analyzes and proposes updates to Master Data to enhance industrial performance.
Reviewing performance and contributing to upskilling processes and performances.
Act as Data Content Owner (DCO) of all planning related master data within the ERP system; maintain, review, and update master data (MD) on regularly as demand and supply evolve.
Escalate inconsistency in MD management rule and need of evolution in the structure of the Data model to the Data & Process Manager (DPM)
About You
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience or HS Diploma with at least 10 years of working experience in supply chain/ material planning, supplier management, and inventory management.
Good understanding of MRP planning logic, experienced in solving supply shortage problems and making data-driven recommendations to implement robust solutions.
Working experience with ERP planning systems
Working experience with MS Office, proficient in using Excel or similar tools to analyze, trend, present data, draw conclusion or recommendation. Essential Excel skills include pivot table and lookups
Strong ownership of one’s work and ability to seek guidance when needed
Ability to engage and communicate cross-functionally with stakeholders

The salary range for this position is:
$79,500.00 - $114,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
