Ensure Production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity), optimised FG Inventory & Manufacturing Cost Conduct production planning and Scheduling activity and ensure efficient planning and optimised ressource utilisation (equipment, ressources, etc.) Ensure ERP is updated with the agreed plans an parameters are up to date for assemblies and FG. Manager FG inventory. **Key Responsibilities** + Optimize raw material supply to production lines based on MRP + Generate material delivery schedules for suppliers using Supplier Web + Monitor supplier material deliveries on a weekly basis + Collaborate with project teams for the introduction of new products + Coordinate with the Freight Service department to reduce transportation costs + Evaluate supplier raw material deliveries (DSA) + Analyze material rejection coverage from the Quality department + Ensure timely and accurate arrival of raw materials at the plant according to MRP requirements + Coordinate real-time information on critical raw materials with the corresponding business units + Manage shipments with Freight Service according to raw material delivery schedules + Prepare a weekly report tracking critical material deliveries (Signaling Report) + Maintain inventory levels in accordance with GKN guidelines + Manage the submission of supplier invoices for system entry + Establish entry and exit dates for raw materials due to changes in origin **Required Technical Knowledge** + MRP management + Proficiency in MS Office + English language proficiency (minimum 80%) + Negotiation techniques + Knowledge of international trade GKN Driveline provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, pregnancy, or disability.
