Seeking an Inventory Control and Distribution Specialist to manage inventory flow, coordinate material activities, and oversee kitting and shipping operations for on-site operations in Rochester, MN.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of inventory management experience, including work with outsourced international resources/vendors
Ability to work on-site in Rochester, MN
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software
Experience coordinating with vendors and customers
Responsibilities:
Manage and track inventory flow, including replenishment of stock and packaging materials
Perform acceptance procedures on critical components, register parts, and move accepted components into tracking systems
File rejected material reports and work with operations to resolve quality issues
Conduct and supervise scheduled inventory audits
Establish procedures, maintain documentation, and train staff on inventory processes
Configure kits from inventory components and document kit assembly
Package and prepare shipments, including documentation and coordination with external shipping providers
Manage returned goods processes
Support IT inventory activities, including receipt, storage, distribution, and return of equipment
Provide information to support customer service inquiries related to inventory and fulfillment
Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and follow company SOPs and policies
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
