Material & Manufacturing Master Data Domain Lead, MEU

Make It With Pride.** **SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multi-year, global program to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030.** This function is responsible for master data domains related to Manufacturing & Material Master in SAP and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants. The Data Management Lead has the responsibility in the areas of Master Data services with regional data harmonization, governance, and data migration activities in driving the SAP S4 and o9 Transformation. This role is key for a smooth transition in enabling collaboration between our partnering teams. **How you will contribute** + Work with the implementation partner to build the mapping of Key Elements for Production Planning/Manufacturing Master Data between ECC and S4. + Work closely with Global and Regional business team on domain specific requests in the areas of Data Harmonization and cleansing activities, Governance and Data Migration activities into SAP S4/o9 entities. + Collaborate with the work streams to understand the Business Requirements to ensure that the key topics are addressed in the area Master Data. + Review the requirements and drive the discussions to ensure the data is converted successfully into S4. + Deploy and co-ordinate Governance and Sustainability initiatives with functions/market/plants/category (Quality, Performance, Training/Testing, industry standards). + This role also is responsible to ensure the Data Accuracy, E2E testing, validation of the data contributing to eliminate any downstream impacts. + Adopt Mondelez Documentation standards. + Work toward maintaining and improving the Performance Measures. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in master data, contributing to decision making and process improvement. + Execute training programs for internal data management staff and business users involved in master data activities, ensure that they adhere to established data management standards in the specific Master Data Domain. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: We seek a dynamic, eager to learn and commercially oriented professional willing to develop skills related to Data Management Operations and Service Delivery throughout digitally enabled global processes and solutions in a multi-national and multi-functional business environment. S/he will be familiar with Master Data landscape and relevant domains for FMCG industry. S/he will be familiar with operating in a BPO environment leveraging internal and external skills and capabilities to work in master data operations and engage effectively business data owners and teams accountable for master data ownership and data quality and governance. **More about this role** **Education / Certifications:** + 4 - year degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent **Job specific requirements:** + 3+ years of professional experience in business processes operations in a large organization, ideally in the consumer goods industry. + English Proficiency mandatory + 7+ years in SAP in Master Data Domain specific to Material Master. + Proficiency in Data Migration/Validation activities in the areas of Product Master including the various downstream functions is a must. + Good Understanding of OTC/MTI/FI integrations with respect to the significance of the Product Master. + Good understanding of the Product Hierarchy is a must. + Deep understanding and working knowledge of Semi, Packaging, Direct Materials is a must. + At least experience with 2 SAP S4 Transformation is a must. + Knowledge of Master Data, how master data are leveraged to create business outcomes and experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4 and/or other product data solutions is a must. **Travel requirements: 20%** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
