As our Material Management Coordinator you will contribute deep expertise in a specialized area, supporting high-impact tasks and complex projects that require creative thinking and advanced problem-solving. You will be responsible for delivering successful solutions that go beyond the conventional, adapting existing approaches and designing new ones as needed.
In this role, you will take ownership of achieving agreed objectives within scope, time, and budget. You will plan your work based on defined goals and proactively communicate all relevant information to ensure strong collaboration across Global Development, Global Process Owners, Business Units, and other key stakeholders.
You will ensure alignment with KONE policies, processes, and procedures, as well as those defined by Global Development, Process Owners, and Business Units—this includes external suppliers and partners. You’ll also identify and share best practices within your team and across other units to strengthen collective performance.
Your responsibilities will include investigating key developments in your field, analyzing complex issues systematically, and distinguishing essential data from irrelevant details. You will identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and explore various alternatives to tackle challenges with a structured, results-oriented approach.
