Airswift is seeking a Material Logistics Analyst to work on a Contractor position for 12 months with an Oil and Gas Company. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? 

--Execute material logistic processes of material receiving, inspection, storage, handling, expedition and loading, assuring identification and sustainable solving of gaps and inefficiencies on this process through the close interaction with Material Logistics Internal Clients.
--Supports Material Logistic Leadership on the projects, process and tasks supervision, aiming optimization of operational efficiency, minimization of risks and reduction of costs.
--Improve accuracy of the Material Logistics processes by following proper policies and routines for each Material Logistics process steps.
--Perform material logistics routines, and its daily activities, aiming to promote operation efficiency enhancement and cost reductions for MOG, as well as capability enhancement on the respective Material Logistic Team Members
--Improve own operational and analytical skills by requesting support to her/his leadership on daily activities of material receiving, inspection, storage, handling, expedition and loading
--Contribute for MOG’s operational efficiency enhancement and cost reductions by monitoring, evaluating and suggesting corrective actions on the performance of contracted logistic service providers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS? 

-College Graduation mandatory;
-Fluent English;
-ERP (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office advanced experience;
-Professional experience on logistic activities in large scale oil and gas.
