**Overview** **Material Handling Equipment Technician Job Summary: The Material Handling Equipment Technician is responsible for general warehouse duties, including cleaning aisles, picking up empty pallets from aisles and racks, and delivering pallets to designated areas. The role also involves assisting the team with various warehouse tasks such as loading trucks, disposing of trash, and performing other assigned duties. Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience preferred Key Responsibilities: • Perform shipping and receiving duties • Document the movement of incoming and outgoing materials • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Keep stock of shop supplies • Load and unload materials in designated storage areas • Verify physical stock counts against recorded inventory • Receive, fill orders, or prepare supplies for sale • Secure materials during transportation to prevent damage • Operate a forklift or truck to transport materials • Pickup and deliver customer equipment, supplies, and parts Additional Information: This is a great opportunity for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience or education.
