Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is hiring Order Pickers for a local company located in Belvidere Illinois. We are looking for candidates that have previous warehouse experience and are team players. The Order Pickers will be cross-trained in multiple positions to see what position is best suited for them!

Role Highlights:

... Location: Belvidere, ILShift: Full-time 1st shift: 9am-5:30pmPay Rate: $17.75/hr.Availability: Steady 40-hour weeks with the opportunity for overtime on occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Match and pull product based on numbers, quantity and other product ticket order requirementsUse both RF scanners and manual pick processes to match serial numbers to product numbersOrganize and stage items in designated areas to ensure a seamless shipping process.Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

Understand or comprehend written and/or oral instructionsPossess a positive attitude and a team orientated approach to getting work donePossess the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.Must be able to work your assigned shift and available for occasional Saturdays as needed.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
