Job ResponsibilitiesRead, understand and follow instructions listed on reports/pick sheetsCheck and add all materials listed on pick sheetsFollow QC sampling proceduresReport QC deviationsExecute all required transactions on terminal software and handheld scannersPull & return material in approved locations in warehousesResponsible for cycle counting locationsFollow ISO9001, GMP and HACCP proceduresResponsible for shipping functions, labeling product and checking customer orders prior to shipping to customertrained and Certified on DOT (Ground Shipping), IATA (AIR Shipping), and IMDG (Vessel shipping)Verify and cut seals off trucksApply seals to truck loadsGather paperwork for shipmentsReceiving good in and checking in to SystemPulling samples for customersPerform blends and transferOther duties as necessaryCertified in OSHA 24HAZWOPER Initial – Contaminated Site Cleanup TrainingJob RequirementsHigh School, equivalent or degree in related field preferred3+ years’ experience in Shipping, Receiving and Logistics & TransportationBar-code experienceForklift (sit down) experienceBasic math skillsBasic computer skills, (Word and Excel)Self-motivated & commitment to continuous improvementPhysical DemandsAble to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout 8 hour shift.Able to lift up to 50 poundsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
