**Material Handler / Inventory Associate** ? _Austin, TX_ | ? _Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM_ ? _Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire_ Are you organized, dependable, and ready to work? We’re hiring a **Material Handler / Inventory Associate** to support warehouse operations with packing, unpacking, and inventory management. This is a great opportunity to grow into a long-term role! **What You’ll Do:** + Unpack and inspect incoming materials + Label and store inventory in the correct locations + Pick and pack items for shipment + Keep your work area clean and organized + Assist with inventory counts and stock updates + Follow safety procedures and company policies **What We’re Looking For:** + Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods + Basic computer skills are helpful + Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude **Why You’ll Love This Job:** + Steady weekday schedule (no weekends!) + Opportunity to be hired on permanently + Supportive team and positive work environment **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
