Join our Pharma Services team, a leading CDMO providing comprehensive drug development and manufacturing solutions. We're trusted by biotech and biopharma companies for our efficiency and quality throughout the development process. Our global network supports APIs, biologics, cell therapy, formulation, clinical trials, and commercial manufacturing, contributing to major therapies worldwide.

Our Drug Product team excels in formulation, production, and packaging of high-quality pharmaceuticals. We offer services from development to scale-up, including fill-finish, packaging, and labeling for various drug products like sterile injectables and oral dosage forms.


You'll be based at our Cincinnati, OH location at 2110 East Galbraith Road, where you'll contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

How Will You Make An Impact?
As a Material Handler II at our Cincinnati, OH facility, you'll manage warehouse operations, operate forklifts, use SAP, and perform various warehouse tasks. You'll be expected to expand your knowledge, enhance efficiencies, and maintain a safe, GMP-compliant environment.

A Day in the Life:

Complete tasks involved with the movement of materials in and out of the primary warehouseDeal with incoming and outgoing carriersUnload materials from manufacturing sites and outside suppliersLoad materials for transfer to all warehouse locationsPrepare and provide carriers with necessary paperwork for shipments (e.g., BOL, Packing list, labeling, MSDS sheets)Complete required SAP transactions to receive, transfer, store, or issue materialsStore materials appropriately (e.g., controlled temperature, rack vs floor, proper stack height)Maintain temperature and humidity chart recordersProcess orders for customers, providing requested GMID, Batch, and QuantityProcess small parcel FedEx shipments and HazMat/DG ShipmentsUse fork trucks to move productsDeliver and coordinate inter-office mail and deliveries


REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience:

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in all warehouse locationsAbility to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 100lbsAverage documentation and communication skills (verbal/written)Good interpersonal skills to work successfully with othersWillingness to work overtime to accommodate demandsDemonstrated commitment to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Respect, and ExcellenceProficiency with the English languageComputer skills, specifically SAP and Microsoft Office applications, a plusFamiliarity with DEA, FDA, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices, a plus
