Join us in this outstanding opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and be a part of our innovative journey!** **Job Responsibilities** + Efficient and GMP-compliant handling of goods flow + Strict adherence to and enforcement of specific regulations in warehouse management, especially GMP rules, hygiene, and safety regulations, and relevant SOPs and packaging instructions + Receiving goods and booking goods receipt in the ERP (GPM) + Operating the warehouse management system (WMS) + Accurate and suitable storage of goods + Picking orders to supply production + Providing production feedback and updates in the ERP (GPM) after job completion + Storing materials after quality control (QC) inspection + Participating in commercial packaging, bookings in the ERP (SAP) + Conducting required internal sampling of packaging materials + Performing inventory counts + Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and supervisors + Actively participating in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as improvement opportunities + Co-responsibility for encouraging a culture of improvement within the department (PPI Business System) + Responsibility for timely project execution as agreed with project teams and supervisors **Requirements** + Proven experience in warehouse management and ERP systems + Strong understanding of GMP regulations and SOPs + Outstanding communication and collaboration skills + Ability to strictly adhere to hygiene and safety protocols + Experience with inventory management and commercial packaging Join us and contribute to our flawless execution of world-class solutions while developing your career in a collaborative and inclusive environment!
