Weatherford is currently seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team. This role is vital to our operations, focusing on inventory management and logistics support across our facilities. **Job Description** As a Material Handler at Weatherford, you will play a crucial role in coordinating inventory levels and supporting product lines in the acquisition, maintenance, receiving, shipping, and consumption of inventory and assets. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure inventory accuracy through timely and precise transaction processing for shipping, receiving, work orders, and sales orders + Maintain, track, and forecast inventory on an ongoing basis to support operational needs + Generate and initiate cycle count reports to verify inventory accuracy + Manage the receiving, storage, distribution, and shipment of inventory items + Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and cranes + Provide detailed explanations for inventory variances when necessary + Understand and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements outlined in the Quality Systems Manual + Follow all Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions + Comply with all safety rules and company policies + Maintain the highest quality standards in all work assignments + Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job **Qualifications** **Required:** + High School Diploma / GED + Minimum 1 year of general inventory experience + Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment + Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systems + Have forklift experience + Be able to use basic MS Office (Excel) + Strong oral and written communication skills + Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail + Ability to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employees + Be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. on a regular basis **Preferred:** + Experience with JDE or SAP inventory management systems + Basic forklift certification
