Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday; 8:30 am – 4:30pm Friday

(Exempt/Non-Exempt): Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:Process outbound and in-bound shipments with precisionFollow all safety protocols and PPE requirements strictlyMaintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all company policiesApply different shipping systems for dispatching shipmentsMeet departmental/site goals by successfully implementing daily tasksPrioritize workflow and determine progress of order fulfillmentCollaborate efficiently with coworkers to achieve team and company metricsSupport Quality Objectives by reporting corrective/preventative actionsPerform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System requirementsOperate machinery safely and report any malfunctions immediatelyContinuously assess and ensure the safety and ergonomic correctness of the workplaceReport property damage or safety hazards promptlyPerform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experienceStrong organizational skills and the ability to operate independentlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 600 lbs skidsOperate Lift Truck and Hand TruckStand for sustained periods, approximately 8 hours a day

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Fundamental English communication abilities, both written and spokenAbility to comprehend and follow written and verbal English communicationsCapable of performing basic math calculations
