Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Material Handler I to join their team. As a Material Handler I, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Material Handler I
**Location:** Milpitas, CA
**Pay Rate:** $24 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Manually load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
+ Transport products using carts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
+ Organize and stage materials for production or shipping.
+ Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
+ Maintain clean and safe work areas while following safety protocols.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred but not required.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
