2nd Shift/Afternoons
Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm
(overtime as needed, report before shift for 9 or 10 hour days as early as 10:30am)
Pay/Compensation
19.50/hr + 10% shift differential = $21.45/hr
compensation includes annual merit and bonus eligibility + PTO and other employee benefits
How Will You Make an Impact?:
This isn’t your ordinary job. As a Material Handler, you will help deliver various types of products from life-saving personal protective equipment to everyday lab essentials. You will provide shipping, receiving, storage and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts and equipment.
A Day in the Life:Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirementsSustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested.Receive materials and/or finished goods daily.Verify the quality, type and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list).Safely operate distribution equipment, as required.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Band 1 (Distribution):
No experience requiredPreferred: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, turret trucks, dock stockers, etc.)Must be able to pass a required background checkWhat We OfferExcellent Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $13.82–$20.74.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
