Material Handler - Hospital Setting
**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking and pulling orders for medical supplies and equipment at a warehouse. This role involves hands-on work with flat carts, without the use of forklifts or pallet jacks. You will work primarily with paper sheets for order fulfillment, and the facility has both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled sections. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pull orders for medical supplies and equipment. + Utilize flat carts for transporting items within the warehouse. + Work with paper sheets to fulfill orders without using Excel or internet software. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse or material handling. + Ability to be on feet for extended periods. + Capability to lift up to 75 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level position, no prior experience required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your hands-on skills are valued and contribute to the healthcare industry by ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies. The shifts run from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with varied climate-controlled conditions in the warehouse. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.10 - $15.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
