**Job Title: Material Handler** **Location: Carson City, NV** Mon-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm **Job Summary:** The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient transportation, storage, and documentation of goods across multiple locations. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and organizational standards within the warehouse and stockroom. **Key Responsibilities:** + Transport goods and documentation between various locations. + Run and review work center detail reports to support production needs. + Verify incoming goods against receipts and communicate discrepancies to planners. + Store materials in designated warehouse locations following proper procedures. + Use computers and handheld devices to complete inventory transactions. + Retrieve and verify item counts from warehouse stock. + Deliver materials to appropriate work centers and transfer goods to workstations. + Print customer orders and pick products to fulfill line items accurately. + Complete required documentation and forms for inventory and shipping. + Investigate and resolve material shortages in collaboration with the manufacturing team. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment in accordance with 6S standards. + Report any hazardous or suspicious conditions to a supervisor immediately. + Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + General understanding of inventory systems and warehouse operations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + Ability to read and write in English. **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Minimum of 6 months of experience in inventory, warehousing, or a distribution center environment. **Pay Details:** $18.80 to $19.30 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
