Job Description
The purpose of this role is to operate systems and equipment to package inhalation anesthetic agents according to customer requirements. You will document all activities in the proper GMP format and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, distribute, and store products in designated, secure locations such as Packaging and Bethlehem warehouse.Prepare and maintain records of materials received and shipped, including dates, locations, and other pertinent information using SAP/PAS-X systems.Review finished goods shipments from packaging for accuracy and verify accompanying documents.Confirm picklist details and follow special instructions provided by the weekly packaging schedule, expediting shipments as necessary.Transport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods using hand trucks, skids, or forklifts.Resolve issues by contacting departments like warehouse, planning, QC, and packaging supervision via email when problems arise.Apply Quarantine/Approval labels on finished good pallets.Conduct weekly cycle counts of packaging and Bethlehem warehouse.Collect and properly dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Utilize handling equipment to move material within or to the main warehouse.Perform all activities in a manner compliant with GDPs and FDA regulations.Use SAP and PAS-X for material transactions and movements, aligning with physical transfers and consumption of materials.Report any safety issues to the appropriate personnel.Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring accurate inventory is maintained and the packaging area is properly cleaned.Essential SkillsForklift operation and material handling skills.Experience with RF scanners and GMP environments.Proficiency in shipping/receiving, picking, putaways, and inventory control.Experience with high reach forklifts and other industrial equipment.Basic computer skills and ability to operate PLC controls.Knowledge of SAP and PAS-X for inventory control.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Education.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Creative and able to present various solutions.Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational disposition.Knowledge of cGMP regulations and their application to packaging processes.Legible, cGMP compliant handwriting is mandatory.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a pharmaceutical packaging company, which includes both clean room and warehouse environments. Follow GMPs diligently. The temperature varies, but the clean room is temperature controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
