**Job Title: Material Handler** Contract to permanent hire **Job Description** This all-inclusive warehouse role involves multiple duties depending on the day. Responsibilities include packing, palletizing, order selecting, loading and unloading, lifting, moving materials, stacking, wrapping, and sorting. The job offers two shift options: 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. Employees work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, and then 3 days on, 4 days off. All candidates will initially train on the day shift for 1-2 weeks. **Responsibilities** + Select products according to tickets and accurately place them in boxes for shipments, including product labeling and box building. + Move products and packages throughout the warehouse. + Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks and place them in the appropriate location within the warehouse for storage. + Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery. + Inspect products during packing to ensure there is no damage. + Stage pallets as needed for shipment. + Assemble daily shipments by order location and category. + Perform quality control assessments and stack items safely and securely. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a warehouse. + Good attendance and tenure history. + Skills in forklift operation, packing, inventory, production, picking, packaging, RF scanner, material handling, pallet jack, order picking, unloading, shipping and receiving, load, sit-down forklift, warehouse inventory. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cold storage is a plus. + Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is advantageous. + Experience working in food and beverage is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a brand-new warehouse with state-of-the-art facilities.
