Summary: Seeking a Material Handler to manage materials and resins for plastic injection molding production, including mixing colorants, delivering raw materials, and removing finished goods.
Coordinate supply of production machines with raw and packaging materials
Retrieve and mix resin materials with coloring pigments as per formulas
Handle material manually and switch over machinery materials
Perform daily machine inspections and complete paperwork
Support operation of injection molding presses and mold changeover processes
Maintain inventory documentation system with first in-first out material identification
Issue and return materials through ERP system
Transport finished bins to designated areas using tracking barcode labels
Record component lot number changes for documentation accuracy
Move materials between warehouse and production areas; keep areas clean
Operate forklift or pallet jack for loading/moving tasks
Perform administrative duties like data entry; make cardboard/plastic bales
Adhere to safety regulations; report unsafe conditions immediately
Preferred Skills:
Experience with electric pallet jacks and injection molding presses
Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
