Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Material Handler that will support daily operations across multiple warehouse locations, focusing on the safe and efficient handling of chemicals and other materials. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, cataloging, and delivering chemical shipments throughout the facility, managing stockroom inventory, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry in MIDAS. Technical skills will involve email correspondence, as well as basic use of Word, Excel, and Zoom. Some team members operate forklifts—including articulating, front-end, and sit-down models (CLARK or YALE)—with or without drum tipper attachments. Others specialize in shipping chemicals to labs or cataloging materials for sample management. Certified shippers with IATA training are preferred. While most shippers and receivers remain at the primary 3,000 sq ft site, stockroom personnel may travel independently within the larger sample management building. This role is expected to begin as a receiver, with flexibility to rotate within the team. Skills and Requirements - Experience shipping & receiving materials, preferably in Chemical/Pharma environment - 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom - Ability to rotate between roles (receiving, shipping, stockroom, admin work); independent travel within facility as needed. - Chemical material handling (pharma environment) is a plus - Experience documenting in a warehouse environment - IATA trained and certified shipper status preferred. - Experience with MIDAS
