Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Maintenance Associate to join our TEAM! As the Maintenance Associate, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as performing routine maintenance and loading and unloading pallets.

 

Pay Rate: $19.13

 

Shift: 1st Shift

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

 

Primary Objective 

Performs routine maintenance tasks of a general nature such as cleaning, operating sweeper, and emptying trash receptacles

 

Major Function and Scope 

Operate Sit Down and/or Sweeper to maintain warehouse cleanliness Empty trash receptacles and ensure all areas are clean and orderly Load and unload pallets Collect empty and/or broken pallets throughout the facility. Keeps supervisor informed of any problem areas. Follows standard operating and safety procedures. Keeps work areas safe, clean, and organized. Performs other related duties as required

 

Experience and Knowledge Required 

High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1 year warehouse experience preferred. 

 

Competencies 

Ability to understand and speak basic English. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner
