**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Handler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Handler, where you'll play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for order picking, using RF scan guns, building and wrapping pallets, and both unloading and loading trailers. This position offers a long-term opportunity with potential for contract-to-hire, and you'll be part of a company that values steady volumes and avoids layoffs. **Responsibilities** + Perform manual order picking with RF scan guns. + Build and wrap pallets for shipping. + Unload trailers (70% of the time) and load trailers (30% of the time). + Pick orders in the yard and replenish bins as needed. + Utilize reach forklifts if experienced. + Handle shipping and receiving tasks efficiently. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience. + 1 year of order picking experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Minimum of 1 year warehousing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Raymond Reach or any forklift is preferred. + Background in a similar warehouse setting is advantageous. **Work Environment** Our clean and organized warehouse provides a collaborative team environment where attitude and personality are highly valued. The shift runs Monday to Friday, with varied hours, including potential afternoon shifts. Flexibility is key, with occasional overtime for inventory tasks.
