**Job Title: Shipper** Pay Rate: 23-26 1st and 2nd shift **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering materials to the production floor, maintaining the general upkeep of production and warehouse areas, and assisting the material control department with receiving materials. Additionally, you will identify and verify the quantities of all incoming materials. **Responsibilities** + Record receipts accurately in the system (e.g., SAP) to support downstream processes. + Handle domestic and international shipping and receiving. + Safely load and unload trucks and containers for incoming and outgoing shipments. + Perform cycle counts, move materials, rotate stock, and stage raw materials for production. Resolve inventory issues quickly and keep records up to date. + Pick and pack shipments for other branches to support warehouse operations and customer deliveries. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to avoid damage. + Label, mark, and store products correctly to meet requirements and ensure proper organization. + Keep the workspace clean and follow safety and environmental guidelines when disposing of waste. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations. + Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. + Strong material handling skills. + Experience in inventory management, picking, and packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to read and analyze information effectively. + Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously. + Proficiency in prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines. + Excellent time management skills. + Process improvement mindset. + Knowledge of inventory control. **Why Work Here?** Join a globally recognized leader in the pool industry, offering innovative and advanced pool and spa equipment.
