Responsibilities for Material Handler opportunities include but are not limited to: Material Handler • Pick, pack, sort, count, store, and process items for shipment or storage in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements • Receive incoming materials and finished goods daily; verify quantity, quality, and documentation • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (powered industrial trucks, etc.) • Work in controlled environments including ambient (59–86°F), cold-room (36–46°F), and freezer (-4 to 23°F) • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards according to ISO and site procedures • Accurately track and record inventory movement • Meet productivity and accuracy metrics consistently • Complete required training and adhere to all safety policies and site standards Candidates for Warehouse Distribution Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: • High school diploma or equivalent • 0–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience • Basic computer knowledge (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software) • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, push/pull up to 25 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods • Comfortable working in varied temperature environments and performing repetitive tasks • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills • Must be flexible to work different shifts or overtime as needed What’s in this Warehouse Distribution Technician position for you? • Pay: $ 19.50/hour • Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am – 5:00pm • Weekly paycheck • 40 hours a week • Temp assignment with opportunity to gain valuable industry experience • Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This Material Handler position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local branch.
