Your Tasks:Commissioning and sorting of clinical test samplesPackaging of clinical trial samples for shippingPrinting and pre-sorting of shipping ordersRegistering all process steps in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) system according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and packaging regulationsEnsuring compliance with quality requirements, hygiene, and work regulations according to SOPImplementing and detailing continuous process improvements using LEAN and PPI toolsPacking orders with various shipping methods (DHL, Premium, etc.)Independently processing and controlling orders in accordance with IATA guidelines (Full Dangerous Goods)Ensuring the accurate processing of orders to avoid customer complaintsReturning materials to the high-bay warehouse using the Warehouse Management Software (WMS)Coordinating packaging and dispatch through MS Office OutlookLoading and handing over goods ready for dispatch to couriersCleaning the pick and pack area

Your Profile:Technical or commercial training is an advantageAt least two years of experience in industry/logisticsGood digital literacy (MS Office, databases)Good knowledge of German in writing and speakingAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize activitiesPrecise and detailed work ethicPartnership and resilienceStrong interpersonal skills
