**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to efficiently manage and transport materials within our facility, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. **Responsibilities** + Utilize manual pallet jacks to load and unload raw materials, scrap, and finished goods within the facility. + Identify, pick, and transport correct raw materials and parts to their respective locations. + Operate equipment safely while following company policies and procedures. + Demonstrate proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves. + Pick orders and replenish workstations using manual pallet jacks. + Manage paper pick tickets efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in material handling and inventory management. + Experience with picking and order picking processes. + Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Knowledge of stocking and inventory count. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. + Ability to read and understand Bills of Material. + Proficient in using basic hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance with significant contributions. We offer multiple shifts: 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. Employees will manage pick ticket orders and use carts to replenish workstations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
