Job Description
This position involves providing shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facility. The role requires working in a warehouse environment, including operating a cherry picker forklift at various heights.
ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and correctly process items for storage and/or shipment following established procedures and customer requirements.Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and quantity received, and ensuring appropriate documentation such as packing lists is present.Operate distribution equipment as needed within various temperature environments including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room.Complete training requirements and adhere to all site standards including Control of Documents and Quality Policy.Essential SkillsAbility to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights.Basic computer skills for navigating ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.High school diploma or equivalent.0-2 years of related experience, preferably in logistics with a life science company.Proven ability to independently follow policies, procedures, and instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working at heights.Training will be provided for operating specific equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings. The position involves repetitive tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. The work environment is moderate to high noise level, and employees must be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
