**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate will work at a small location in Anoka within the Stainless Steel Operations plant. In this role, employees will be responsible for operating stand-up forklifts, transporting products to and from the production floor, loading and unloading trucks, and using RF scanners. **Responsibilities** + Operate stand-up forklifts. + Transport products to the production floor and move finished products to the warehouse. + Load and unload trucks efficiently. + Utilize RF scanners for inventory and product tracking. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience, preferably stand-up but sit-down experience is acceptable. + Ability to work in a production environment. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and standing for long periods while wearing steel-toed shoes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with shipping and order picking. + Proficiency in using pallet jacks. + Experience with picking and packing processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean manufacturing environment with significant opportunities for career advancement, including potential promotions to lead and supervisor roles. Employees will work in enclosures within a large warehouse. The position operates during the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with up to 2 hours of overtime available before the shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
