This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable employment with growth potential and comprehensive benefits. **What We Offer:** + Weekly Pay – $ 17.00/hour + Full-Time, Year-Round Employment + Paid Training + 5 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) + 6 Paid Holidays + Up to 50% of Health Insurance Premiums Covered + Access to Retirement Plan and Employee Savings Programs **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform light assembly, basic machining, and/or packaging according to work assignments. + Follow detailed instructions, prints, and quality standards to ensure proper assembly. + Read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints. + Inspect parts and products for quality and accuracy. + Transport completed products using proper material handling procedures. + Replenish raw materials and supplies at the workstation. + Complete required documentation and data entry tasks. + Package units for shipment. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles. + Support other workstations/departments as needed. + Report any safety concerns and participate in workplace safety programs. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED preferred. + Basic mechanical aptitude and math/problem-solving skills. + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. + Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, hammers) and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures). + Familiarity with assembly drawings and bill of materials (BOMs). + Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. + Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. + Understanding of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kanban is helpful. + Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must. **Work Environment & Physical Requirements:** + Stand for up to 8 hours a day performing repetitive assembly tasks. + Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 70 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). + Use of vibrating tools and overhead reaching may be required. + Work is performed in a typical production/warehouse environment (not climate-controlled). + Steel-toed shoes are required. **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
