Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler 1st shift to join their team. As a Material Handler 1st shift, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler 1st shift 7am-5pm

OVERTIME IS REQUIRED AS WE ENTER INTO PEAK SEASON 

Location: Greer, SC

Pay Range: $17.50 

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

Accurately pick and pack orders using established work practices. Restock picking bins with product brought from reserve storage. Sort, count, and receive all merchandise accurately. Safely move product to and from pallet racks with powered material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate material handling equipment such as Fork Trucks, Order Selectors, and Powered Pallet Jacks (certification required). Capability to lift and move boxes or products weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Strong attention to safety, quality, and production standards. Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral. Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
