Location: In office, Staunton, VA.

Shift: 1st shift

What you will do:  

Lead a team to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of materialsSupervise, direct, and engage in daily material flow operations to meet production demandsCommunicate effectively with fellow supervisors regarding material issues or production delaysTrain, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and adherence to process standardsTrack and report daily metrics on materials movement and transaction completionPromote and enforce safety and housekeeping standardsAnalyze shortages, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions

Minimum Qualifications:  

High School Diploma or GED2-4 years warehouse experiencePeople leadership experience preferred

The typical salary for this position ranges from $59,500-$95,000 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
