Your responsibilities:

Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse

Improve the utilization of space inside the warehouse and shop floor.

Work with Continuous Improvement team & Manufacturing team to improve order integrity, implement Lean/Visual management techniques Analysis of hourly employee's performance relative to unit picks per hour and overall efficiencies.

Breakdown of daily duties to meet and defend establish labor standards.

Develop Plan for every part.

Responsible of drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program

Design routes, schedules of the material flow inside the plant

Design flow for Waterspider activities

Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities.

Adapt continuous improvement approach of the Rockwell Operating System (ROS) and Warehouse in order to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost.

Member of Safety observation program Involve EHS area prior to implantation of new routes of materials or new processes.

You will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position.

Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept

Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, SAP, Information analysis, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Organization.

you will report to Warehouse Manager.
