Job Title: Materials Management Analyst Location: Welch, MN / Monticello, MN Contract Duration: 12-Months Compensation: $30–$39/hr. Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday through Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday System One is seeking a Materials Management Analyst to support material strategy planning and data-driven supply chain activities for large, complex operations in Minnesota. This role is heavily focused on data analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to support material availability and inventory strategy. Position Summary The Materials Management Analyst will support material strategy planning by pulling data, running reports, analyzing information, and supporting shelf-life and material availability discussions. This role is highly data-driven and includes preparing and hosting meetings focused on data review and reporting. The position is primarily an individual contributor role, working independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed. Responsibilities + Pull, analyze, and interpret material, inventory, and supply chain data to support material strategy planning. + Run recurring and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft platforms and SAP to support decision-making. + Support shelf-life discussions and material availability planning. + Prepare, host, and facilitate meetings focused on data review, reporting, and material strategy. + Coordinate with material warehouse personnel, site personnel, maintenance teams, and site leadership to support material-related needs. + Communicate material status, data insights, and reporting outcomes to internal stakeholders. + Support internal customers by providing accurate, timely material and inventory information. Requirements + Strong database and computer skills, including Microsoft platforms and SAP. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly. + Ability to work independently as a self-starter in an individual contributor role. + Strong communication skills, including the ability to host and facilitate meetings. + Comfortable working in a standard office and desk-based environment. Preferred Qualifications + Experience in supply chain, materials management, or inventory management.
