Job Title: Material Coordinator / Scheduler Location: Denver, CO Type: 12-month Contract Compensation: $43-46/hr Material Coordinator / Scheduler III Role Overview The Material Coordinator / Scheduler III is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), material IDs, and coordinating materials and services across multiple plant locations. This role works closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material support. Key Responsibilities + Create and manage purchase orders for vendor services and materials + Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material IDs for new warehouse items + Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, including chemists, engineers, and craft personnel + Support material coordination and scheduling needs across multiple Colorado plants + Serve as a primary point of contact for material-related inquiries and issues Work Environment & Safety + Approximately 90–95% desk-based work with occasional plant visits + Exposure to industrial equipment during plant walkdowns Schedule & Location + Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mountain Time) + Occasional travel to other plant locations as needed Experience & Qualifications + 7–10 years of experience in material coordination, scheduling, or a related role + Industrial background required (power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industry preferred) + Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills + Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities + Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
