Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThe Material Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production. What you will do:Prepare and kit low-complexity orders using a Radio Frequency device, including tasks related to sub-assemblies and metal detection, while ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately included. Perform Quality at The Source when staging materials. Utilize the disturbance tracker. Utilize the missing parts list to document and identify any part shortages. Ensure the areas are clean, neat and organized at all times in accordance with our 5s guidelines.Manually unload incoming small parcels and materials, utilizing pallet jacks when necessary. Verify that quantities match packing slips and label all materials accordingly. Knowledge of all established material pickup and drop off locations. Ability to operate a manual pallet jack. Confirm all transactions using a RF device and ensure items are accurately tagged and staged in their designated locations and execute bin-to-bin movements. Utilize Kaizen Newspaper to identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities. Able to assist with Cycle Counting.
