Materials Coordinator responsible for managing material flow, shipping/receiving, and inventory accuracy for PV&V service parts.
Job Requirements
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to coordinate material flow and support technicians with required parts
Preferred Skills
SAP or other ERP system experience
Knowledge of test equipment and its purpose in a PV&V or service environment
Logistics, shipping, and receiving experience
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the flow of materials for the PV&V department, including shipping and receiving activities
Ensure PV&V technicians have the parts needed to complete required work on schedule
Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy for PV&V service parts
Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and help prevent part shortages
Support logistics activities related to inbound and outbound shipments for PV&V operations
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
