Starting Pay Rate: $22.62 per hour

Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription drug coverage401K with a company match New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details)Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accountsCorporate discounts Responsibilities Maintains a safe, clean work environment while performing all tasksPerform set-up and unloading of resin and talc from railcars follow railcar unload procedure.Maintains records and time reports as required.Performs quality work within reasonable time standards set forth by management in verbal or written instructions.Assist in the training of other employees.Participate in continuous improvement team and activities.Performs other related duties and assignments.Establishes and monitors capacity and inventory levels for respective business unit; reviews material and supply procurement, working with Material Buyers to ensure materials are available to satisfy production schedules Prepare WMS orders to obtain necessary materials, tools and equipment Determines order quantities and safety stocks to optimize customer service and departmental key performance indicatorsWorks with inter-functional teams to create and implement changes in process and systems related to planning and scheduling QualificationsEducation/Experience: Associate’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years of material/production planning and inventory control experience.
Language Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; use common fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Oracle, Excel, Lotus Notes.
Work Environment: Manufacturing environment; somewhat noisy and subject to temperature fluctuations.
