Job Description

As member of our central Material & Process Industrialization (MatPI) team in R&D, your main task will be :

Leading the industrialization of dedicated compounds and hot process technologies in close cooperation with the responsible plant functions and the development teams in R&DProvide the Plant / R&D interface connection for dedicated plant(s) for material and hot process related topicsDrive compound excellence (quality) within dedicated plant responsibility: gap identification and initiation & implementation of improvement measures for compounds and related processesKnow-How application and generation by documentation and sharing of lessons learned from industrialization activitiesActive participation in Process Risk Assessments for new developmentsLeading / team member of multidisciplinary projects within the area of material industrialization 

QualificationsAcademic degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, Material science or comparableBackground in material industrialization, compound or process development preferable but not a mustFluent English skills (written and spoken)Strong team player within intercultural and international environment with excellent communication skills at various levelsCommitted and self-drivenWillingness to travel internationally
