Match and Supplemental Queue Specialist
**General Description** Under direct supervision, the **Match & Supplemental Queue Specialist** is responsible for reviewing a variety of insurance documents across multiple lines of business and accurately entering key data from insurance policies in order to match each document to its associated loan record. This position also includes reviewing external websites and internal databases to locate insurance documentation. Successful candidates can work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while maintaining a high attention to detail to achieve individual and team production and quality goals. Join us in taking the first step toward creating a future that combines a diverse, challenging work environment with financial security and career satisfaction. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Key in and validate data from insurance documents in order to match documents to the associated loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System. + Review external websites and internal databases to locate insurance documentation. + Train to additional supplemental queue processes based on business need. + Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily production goals. + Actively participate in all training sessions, team meetings, department meetings, and one-on-one meetings. + Participate and/or collaborate in assignments and special projects. + Attend industry-related continuing education training and courses. + Other responsibilities as directed. _The essential duties contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, and the scope of responsibility.
