In your internship at a globally leading medical technology company, you’ll be right in the middle of the action: Shape the future of cranial surgery—develop your master’s thesis in our R&D team, leveraging AI, advanced algorithms, and state-of-the-art navigation technology. **Our** **offer** **to** **you** + Opportunity to complete your **master’s thesis** in the field of navigated cranial neurosurgery. + Develop **prototypes** for our surgical navigation system and contribute with a **proof-of-concept application** . + Become an integral part of an **international and interdisciplinary Research & Development team** . + Contribute to our **state-of-the-art** **navigation and imaging system** using **C++** , **Python** , and/or **Matlab** . + Apply the latest technologies in **machine learning** , **geometric algorithms** , **knowledge representation** , and **information retrieval** . + Conduct **independent research** in the field of surgery and transform innovative ideas into practical, value-adding solutions. **That** **makes** **you** **stand out** + You are enrolled in a **master’s program** in computer science, medical technology, or a related field. + You have experience with **object-oriented programming** and frameworks such as **Qt** and **OpenCV** . + You have strong mathematical skills and enjoy applying them to real-world problems. + You are motivated by challenging tasks in the field of **medical technology** . + You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken. + You work independently, are highly motivated, and eager to take on responsibility quickly.
