The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Master Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of hardware to support the warfighter.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Familiarity with Master Scheduling and/or Supply Chain planning in a manufacturing environment
+ ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other), inclusive of shop floor control systems
+ Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
+ Sales & Operations Experience / knowledge
+ Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership team, production team, and customers
+ Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
+ Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelor s degree in business/supply chain or related field and/or 5 years related experience
+ Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
+ Root Cause/Corrective Action Skills
+ Knowledge in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), Inventory Management, and Capacity or Production Planning
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Active Security Clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
