We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Develop, optimize, and maintain the master schedule based on demand, capacity, and inventory targets. + Ensure schedule feasibility and adherence through cross-functional collaboration. + Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancing scheduling and forecasting processes. + Promote organizational knowledge of scheduling functionality promising processes. + Collaborate with counterparts at other sites to share insights and adopt best practices for scheduling processes. + Provide data-driven insights to optimize service levels, inventory, and operational efficiency. + Conduct root cause analysis of schedule deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions + Provide scenario planning and “what-if” analyses to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term inventory strategies. + Perform continuous improvement and optimization of the S&OP process to ensure robustness and alignment with business objectives. + Continuously improve and optimize inventory management processes to ensure efficiency, robustness and alignment with business objectives. **Who You Are:** You are a results-driven professional who thrives in challenging environments and consistently delivers on commitments.
