**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain the master schedule based on demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
+ Ensure schedule feasibility and adherence through cross-functional collaboration.
+ Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancing scheduling and forecasting processes.
+ Promote organizational knowledge of scheduling functionality promising processes.
+ Collaborate with counterparts at other sites to share insights and adopt best practices for scheduling processes.
+ Provide data-driven insights to optimize service levels, inventory, and operational efficiency.
+ Conduct root cause analysis of schedule deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions
+ Provide scenario planning and “what-if” analyses to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term inventory strategies.
+ Perform continuous improvement and optimization of the S&OP process to ensure robustness and alignment with business objectives.
+ Continuously improve and optimize inventory management processes to ensure efficiency, robustness and alignment with business objectives.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply chain / Mechanical, or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning & scheduling within the order-to-delivery process.
+ Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
+ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experienced in successfully implementing changes across departments within an organization.
+ Capable to work in a structured manner, goal- and quality-oriented and readily take ownership of new challenges with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
+ Good knowledge of Swedish, both writing and speaking.
+ Understanding of the complete order-to-delivery process.
+ Knowledge of the available to promise (ATP) process.
