The Opportunity:

The Master Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in establishing a integrated master schedule (IMS) and maintaining / updating the schedule for the program period of performance. This position is part of our Value Performance Management Center of Excellence team. This is a matrixed organization of subject matter experts directly supporting CACI programs.

Responsibilities:

• Required to be on-site at Ft Belvoir, VA at customer location when needed. • Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice

• Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports

• Maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide updates to the customer.

• Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control

• Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports

• Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity

• Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date

• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans

• Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree

• Five (5) years IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) a requirement, with Microsoft Project certification(s) preferred

• Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries

• Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• Must be located within a 30-mile radius of Fort Belvoir, VA and available onsite at Customer location as required.

Desired:

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification / work experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
