If you’re a Master Scheduler, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Master Scheduler has the responsibility of establishing, managing, reviewing, and maintaining a valid schedule for selected items, acting as the liaison between fulfilling customer orders and establishing operational plans, ensuring the success of the business. This position will have a great impact on internal/external customer service, supply chain, inventory, material, and capacity planning.
What You Will Be Doing
Essential stakeholders in the SIOP process collaborate with demand, operations, and functional teamsCreate schedules and develop production plans to meet customer demands while aligning with inventory goalsCoordinates with all company departments to maintain communicationActively mitigates production schedule risks by collaborating with buyers and plannersParticipates in Continuous Improvement projectsBalances and plans capacity for key constraintsWhat We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) Or international equivalent or a combination of related work experience requiredLevel 1: Previous material planning or buying experience preferredLevel 2: If you hold a degree, a minimum of 3 years in a scheduling position is needed; without a degree, a minimum of 7 years in a scheduling role is requiredDemonstrated knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) and ERP systemsSolid knowledge of replenishment programs and pull systemsCapability to develop and adjust a master production schedule to meet production goalsPreferable knowledge of manufacturing processesAbility to assist in Continuous Improvement projects and problem-solvingApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.
